You need to have a valid SolidWorks® license installed before you can install the Mesh2Surface plugin.
Exit SolidWorks® if has been launched in Windows. Download the installation file of the Mesh2Surface add-in. Double click it to start the installation.
Follow the instructions until it gets installed and then launch your SolidWorks® software. Start with a new part or an existing part.
You should see a new Mesh2Surface tab in your UI.
If you don't see this tab in the UI, please go to Tools > Add-Ins...
Make sure both boxes under Active Add-ins and Start Up for Mesh2Surface are ticked. Hit OK.
Right-click SolidWorks® module tabs region and click Mesh2Surface to enable it.
Click the License button below Settings.
A Licensing window will pop up. Copy your license key and paste it here.
Please note that even if you're just evaluating Mesh2Surface, you still need a trial license key to activate the add-in. Please contact us at support@better3dlab.com to obtain a trial license key.
After activating Mesh2Surface, you need to restart SolidWorks® for it to take effect.
